Drawing on the culinary traditions of Warmia, Masuria and Powiśle, based on the high quality of local products – such are the products and services that the Culinary Heritage Network “Warmia Masuria Powiśle” gathers. The region was the first in Poland to join the European Culinary Heritage network. All this to promote local food products, which are produced on a non-industrial, small scale and with respect for the environment.
The Culinary Heritage Network brings together restaurants, farmers’ shops, producers and processors. The sign with a white cook’s cap on a blue background can be found all over Europe. Reaching for products and visiting restaurants with this symbol, we are guaranteed high quality and good taste.
Culinary Heritage Network “Warmia Masuria Powiśle” is currently the largest regional network in Poland. It brings together many family farms, production and processing plants and restaurants for which it is extremely important to emphasize regional identity and use old recipes and traditional raw materials.
