Enjoy the spa values of Warmia and Masuria region

You can rest actively in Warmia and Masuria but there is a lot more to do. Although these areas are famous for the richness of nature, numerous lakes enable you to sail and there are a lot of attractive bicycle routes, it is also worth paying attention to the spa values of some places in the region.

We will find here various offers aimed at people of different age groups.

The first – and so far the only – health resort in the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship is Gołdap (it has a mud-climatic profile). Apart from the sanatorium, there are brine graduation towers and a pump room for mineral and healing waters (with mini-graduation towers and a salt cave), which can be used by all visitors coming to the city.

Further elements of the spa infrastructure are also systematically created.  Additional attractions for patients are the specialties of the regional cuisine and the abundant offer of different forms of recreation at the lake and in the Romincka Forest located nearby.

Another place where we can combine rest and relaxation with wellness-based therapy is the Zamek Ryn Hotel in Ryn. We particularly recommend a cardiological stay, during which diagnostic tests are performed and a cardiological consultation with a specialist is offered.

The package includes accommodation in the castle chambers, which provide you with a unique atmosphere, an offer of various types of massages, participation in a culinary academy and countless attractions. The Symsarna Valley Health Resort Park was established in Lidzbark Warmiński. Nature lovers and physical activity enthusiasts are especially fond of it. You can go jogging, Nordic walking and cycling there. The construction of brine graduation towers, that are snail-shaped and refer to the snail itself- the symbol of the cities of Cittaslow, has recently been completed. They are almost 100 m long and 6 m high.

There are walking and cycling paths around them. The next stage of the investment is the erection of a health pavilion near the graduation tower, which is going to be equipped with diagnostic and rehabilitation devices.

Frombork has developed health resort area of active rest and kinesiotherapy with a promenade and a beach. Forest Spa Park together with a beach and a walking route on Ilińsk Lake have been arranged in Miłomłyn. The brine gradutaion towers are being constructed.

In Nowa Wieś Iławecka near the area of Górowo Iławeckie, new health resort equipment and facilities are being built, including brine graduation towers, a pavilion and an inhalation shelter.
